MISLEADING MARKETING TACTIC (OR IS IT A ****?)

After buying food at McDonald's, my friend and I were given a scratch card, that had various guaranteed rewards. Upon me scratching, finding a unique code, and being instructed to claim whatever price we had won, we did so. We never received any communication whatsoever regarding this entry. Mind you, we are loyal McDonald's customers!!!

I asked for assistance via Twitter, as well as emailing ***. This is two weeks later, I still have not heard anything from the email. I sent a message to the Twitter account, where I was not assisted either.

Please assist on way forward. Let us know, also if this token thing is a ****, or if it is legit.

Please respond or resolve immediately, otherwise, count us out as your customers in the future.
