Misleading information by staff of McDonald in Makhado in Limpopo

Today around 21h58 I was at McDonald’s in Makhado, Limpopo on Drive-thru. Purchased a Big Mac meal regular and ask Watermelon McFizz and the lady who received my order started that is R67.90 but I asked her twice if the price was correct and she verified twice and was happy with that price and proceeded to payment window.

On my arrival on the payment window, the price has changed “again” I then I asked the gentleman who was helping if that was right because that’s not the price I was given by the lady and he confirmed it was R78.40 instead.

I paid but I was not happy with the change of price suddenly.

My only concern is that this is not first I am at that specific McDonalds price displayed on drive through do not match what I pay or staff what give pronounce to customer but I pay differently.

Not sure if this a way to increase store basket size by telling customers “lairs” need feedback urgently from out of store management because when I informed management (Stephina) on my concerns little did she care but just said it be a human error but instead to her that is not the first time I experienced such. I told her that I would report this concern to HO but just said I can go ahead without trying to resolve the matter with me on the time of the incident.
