Milnerton Mcdonalds Worst experience ever

Went to Drive through about 2 weeks ago where I was greeted by an OK, this was only the start to my frustration as the lady taking my order seemed unfami**** with the menu and was unable to assist me placing my order 15 mins. then paying and confirming my order 7mins then to top it all off I get cold chips. I then go into the store where the Manager apologizes to me and starts to make fresh chips another 10mins I was not impressed as how did you not have fresh chips??? Today placed my order at 18:25 received confirmation Via Email. then 45 mins later i recieve an email stating that my order has left the store. which is 6 mins drive away from my house. 30 mins later i decide to phone the call centre. Only to be told my order is coming. I should wait. i then queried about escalation protocols and was put on hold for 10 mins only to have the phone put down. possibly hoping I would just go away...
