Microwaved food .... really

This is the second time I have been to macdonalds town square and had microwaved food.

In all honesty the quality of your food at this branch has reached disgusting levels. The big Mac I had taste like warm cardboard and your chips are always old.

Why can I not receive good quality food , I just paid 79.00 for 2 of the most disgusting burgers ever.

You really need to work on the service and food at this branch. It is putrid. What a waste of my time and money.

And in all honesty I don't even expect feedback from yourselves if I base the service from customer complaints on the food and bad service I just received.

Disappointed and unsatisfied with my meal.
