Mickey D’s blows me away!

Today I went to pick up a quick lunch during rushtime at the drive-through or Fourways Micky D’s and was really pleasantly surprised. The McDonalds where I travel from has nothing on these guys. Their service was impeccable, quick, accurate and all done with a smile and really pleasant attitudes from all staff that interacted with us. I believe in giving credit where its due, and this McDonalds Franchise / Outlet deserves a pat on the back for their attention to detail, getting the orders out warm and/or cold, depending on what you have ordered and letting the queue flow quickly and without any bay-waiting for 20 minutes or something ridiculous. The chap that handed me my food and drink was so friendly and well spoken that it made my day! Where our branch is located (location shall remain nameless for now) the staff are short, rude and I ALWAYS have to wait for my Chocolate Frappe, but Fourways was absolutely on the ball. Amazing work guys!! Keep it up and you will remain gainfully employed for many years to come. It really was a pleasant surprise to see that not all branches / outlets are as miserable as ours.
