Messed up order

Highly disappointed with McDonalds Canal Walk. I ordered a medium mcfeast meal, a regular big mac meal and a happy meal. The branch was so disorganized that I had to return all 3 my meals not once but twive!! The first time i went back was because they gave me a regular mcfeast instead of a medium, the second time i went back was because they forgot to put the toy and chips in they happy meal box and i was told i need proof i didnt receive these items because I could have gotten them but **** when i come back. The staff was so rude speaking to one another in another language looking at me as if i was the problem.
