Melted ice cream,long queues and dirty food

We visited the macdeez at Beyer's Naude to purchase 2 Oreo flurry and cheese burgers,we literally stood in a queue for close to 1 hour before being helped when finally at the till point placing our orders we were told the ice cream machine of quickly being fixed we have to wait 20-minutes,can you imagine spending 1 hr and mins for such simple goods.When the ice cream came it was melted and without our request chocolate syrup was poured ontop as per the cashier its a new flavour.Driving home after a long day of work we had to eat melted ice cream and to top if off there was pieces of hair inside the burgers this has been the worst experience from such a big franchise.An apology will not solve this issue as this is regarded as food poisining
