MEGA MEAL WAS DRY AND SAD+ BONUS : MANAGERS MOODS

We was happy about the new franchise that opened recently, this saves a trip to the CBD of Durban or to Pinetown, However I am shocked at the service i received yesterday ,i am disappointed with my order purchased from McDOnalds Shallcross.The MEGA MAC MEAL was dry it seemed to of had sauce and lettuce only in the centre of the burger.When I asked for more sauce I was told that I had to pay a further R3.50. It wasn't about the money I had to pay but I was curious and had asked why? Nontebeko the manager ignored me several times. i was shocked at her behavior and had never been ignored by someone who manages a food outlet before. However the other patrons had advised that she always ignores the patrons needs. I then had to raise my voice to catch her attention eventually she answers in a tone Saying WHAT? I had to then bring down the other 3 BIG MAC meals that i had purschased to show her what i was talking about, but still she could not see the difference.Never in my life have I been treated in that way just for EXTRA SAUCE!!! IS THIS THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU GUYS TO PROVIDE A SERVICE TO US???? PATHETIC
