Mega Meal Different in Delft

I am not happy with Mc Donald's Delft (Western Cape) this is the Mc Donald's near me and their Mega ****in Meal does not include chips when Mc Donald's Kuilsriver sell the same meal for the same price and include chips

What is the difference between the two Mc Donald's the reason I buy the Megan ****ins I want chips If they don't want to sell the chips why are charged?
