Unacceptable Service and Delivery !!!! I ordered my food @ 13:35 and by 15:00 i still haven't received my food !!!!!

We pay for a service but this is Unacceptable, I'm still waiting for my food and it will probably get here (IF IT'S GOING TO BE DELIVERED) and be ICE COLD !!!!
