McFlurry no more like Mc disappointment!!!!

Honestly if there was a zero star rating i would have given it ZERO stars ! It was the absolute worst service I've ever received from a company as big as McDonald's, firstly we waited over 20 minutes for 2 Oreo McFlurries which is unacceptable especially when people who ordered food after us gets their food first. Secondly when we received our order it was not correct and one of the cups was only half. When i asked for a manager the manager was rude and very short tempered. She took the order back and brought back new ones that was also wrong and again empty. The one cup was not even mixed just the toppings thrown on top. After the manager brought back the order she didn't even have the decency to say sorry about the inconvenience she just said "is it right now?". I have never seen a McDonald's kitchen that is as dirty as McDonald's Brackenfell, from the counter i could see french fries laying on the floor as well as papers. Some of the staff working there was chewing bubblegum which i find unacceptable. So honestly i would not recommend McDonald's Brackenfell to anybody i know or any tourists.
