McFlurry disappoinment!

In order to write this complaint I had to give McDonald's Kuils River a star first in order to write my review which they are not worthy of. They don't even deserve this one star. New over-hauled McDonald's Kuils Ricer but the service was pathetic. We had to wait 25min for the ice cream order that ended up being worse than a messy milkshake. A runny milky mix of biscuit and the strawberry sundae was even worse. Worst R82 ever spent. Went back to return but not even an apology or goodwill gratuity given that we had to drive back there on our own time and expense late at night. Never again.
