mcds woodmead never has ice cream

I keep going to mcdonalds in woodmead and their ice cream machine is always out of service. you can go at any time of the day and either the machine is not working, the ice cream is too soft or there is no ice cream at all. this has been going on for months and everytime i ask i just get one of the above excuses. unacceptable.
