Mcds sucks

On Thursday 23 September I went to McDonald's Soon street to get lunch. Went to the order machine, completed the order, inserted card and entered my pin, but the slip never printed. Unfortunately I never had my phone to check the sms. Went to the counter for assistance and the lady said that I have to order again if the slip didn't print even though the money went off. Someone else in the store was having the same issue and they rushed to her aid. I was just dismissed and told to order again. Asked for the manager and that conversation went back and forth as she told me to get am affidavit and to bring a bank statement. Today 27th I took my bank statement showing two deductions. One was for the slip that never printed and the second one was processed by a consultant in store. The 1st order eventually came up at the kitchen, showing that my order DID to through initially. So the second order was never refunded. This is totally unacceptable, that I have to take time out of my working day to bring them proof of their mistake. The store manager Ziyanda told me the area manager has to intervene and today wehn I went the area manager was not there. On top of it Ziyanda had the nerve to shout at me in front of customers. I'm not happy ,I want my money NOW.
