McD's N1City - Low Class Service

I went to the n1 city branch this morning and was told to wait for my order - about 10 minutes..Only to get to work and find that my order is a burger short. I call the branch and am told ill need to find my way back to collect..I meannnnn...was my order not checked? I need to inconvenience myself by going back out of the mall, get in my car to drive and sort out a fault not made by me ..The burger was then delivered and i was still asked for a slip... OMW...To Manager Stefanie - you have no managerial skill with customer service. Pathetic
