Mcds Disappointing Raw Chicken big Mac

I had Recently purchased 2 x Chicken big Mac Meals from the Mc Donalds across from my office on Pretorius Street in Hatfield. The one day I was looking forward to making my day better with my favorite burger from this Establishment. My Colleague and I were eating the Burgers when we noticed that our Chicken was still pink and raw inside, Not just one of the burgers... BOTH!!!!! I wasted my last amount for the month for a burger that could have potentially made me extremely ill. Thanks Mcds.
