Mc’D’s cold fries, very dissatisfied and disappointed

I’m frankly unhappy about Mc Donald’s service in most Franchises in JHB south. I’m sending through this review mainly because this is not the 1st time of the same experience.

I’m a Mc’D’s fan, especially the fries, when possible I have them daily,

So, sometime ago I went to Southgate Mc’D’s (the one in at the foodcourt) brought a meal, with fries as usual, I request for a take away, however, when I received my order I decided to sit in and have my fries before I journey ahead. To my shock, the fries were cold, not even warm at least, I spoke to the store manager (Because I love fresh/hot fries. I’m my conclusion asked them to never do that again, to anyone. Surprisingly, they weren’t surprised, which for me meant that this is what they normally do.

Less than 30 minutes ago, I went to Mc’D’s in Ormonde, I bought my meal, I got to my destination in less than 5 minutes, I open my order and guess what? My fries are cold 😭 The main reason I drove all the way is because of them (fries) and imagine how disappointed I am. Can’t they at least warm them up? Not serve cold fries to clients coz they not eating in.

I know and love Mc’D’s fresh fries. And this right here? I’m disappointed and because it’s late, I cannot drive back there.

This is bad service and appears to be a norm with most franchises
