Mcds Berea served off Milkshake and gave me wrong burger

I ordered a meal on Sunday the 6th and one item in my order was wrong which was a burger, I ordered a beef and received chicken and the milkshake I ordered was off Like the milk or ice cream used was completely off and sour tasting. I complained to Mr Delivery because that is who I placed the order with but they cannot be blamed for the wrong burger put in the box and the off Milkshake. I sent an email to mcds customer service only to be told to contact mr delivery. No apology or anything. Just disregarded what I said and moved on Is there truly no quality control in the the kitchen?
