McDontRespect

I ordered a breakfadt meal at McDonalds this morning at The Pretoria Station McDonalds.Firstly the cashier(Zinhle) who was helping me does not bother asking if I want the meal with juice or coffee she just assumes.Than when I tell her that I dont drink hot beverages_she asks why didnt I tell her when I ordered.Than she calls her manager Boitumelo to come assist her with the matter.They than have a dicussion on their own about how unremorseful I am about the matter and how.And how the management will think they misusing McDonalds resources.The manager didnt even care to say a thing to me.All she did was complain to her colleague Zihle which both were having the discussion about me,the customer without me even being part of the conversation.Unproffessionalism is at its peak because people think they know you on a personal level or think they can have PERSONAL opinion in the business environment.And black on black ************** is very sickening.
