Went to McDonalds Newcastle last night around 5pm! So annoyed, so disappointed! Firstly the cashier was painfully slow in taking orders and getting orders out. It was pure chaos and I wasn't even full. Stood there for twenty minutes while they ran around and were shouting like headless chicken. The manager then finally comes out to help but everyone was pretty annoyed at that point. So I order 3 Big Mac medium meals, a happy meal with a cheeseburger and 4 Mcnuggets. Only to get home to find no cheeseburger for my son, no juice as well in the happy meal. Just pitiful service and so unnecessary. McDonalds always prides itself on quick and efficient service but they failed dismally.
