Mcdonlads Burgandy in the running for worst franchise

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Second time I have been to the drive thru, no service. You wait for them to take a order... nothing.. drive to next window.. nothing. Eventually get to the window where you need to collect your food and a manager wants to tell me they short staffed and unwilling to help. Waisted 20 minutes of my time this morning. The manager also doesn't know how to speak apparently cause will not give her name properly. You guys are seriously the worst in the franchise at burgandy.
