McDondald’s Northmead - Disorganised and Dissatisfied Customer - Do Better Please

McDondald’s Northmead branch situated at 11 Fourteenth Avenue, Northmead, Benoni, 1501 opened in December of 2024. They have been in operation for 6 months already and as a community member this is the branch that I regularly go to at least once a week. I almost never recieve the correct order at the drive-through. When I order normal Coke which is R3.00 extra to every meal, I recieve Coke Zero and there is no indent in the cup lid so I have had to taste the soft drink before realising that it is not correct. I have ordered McFiest Meals and recieved Big Mac Meals and vice verca. I have ordered Regular Meals, then when I am at the pay counter after I made payment and recieved the slip, I then only realize that staff upsized my meals without my permission to upsize. I sometimes pay for larger meals and recieve the smaller sizes of chips and soft drink. It seems as if staff are struggling to concentrate on conducting payments for cars infront whilst trying to take an order correctly for cars next in queue. The staff packing the meals also seem not trained enough as my order and slip almost never correlate with what is provided in the bag. I have recieved cup holders that look like mold has been growing on it indicating to me that the kitchen should then be dirty or something. I almost never recieve the dips I order and have to constantly remind the staff that my orders are incorrect. It’s a very disorganised branch and I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this branch. I mean only 6 months into operation and this is the type of service we are recieving. Shocking. Either train the staff to do better or hire more hands to assist but this is actually now starting to become rediculous and I would rather drive to another branch to recieve better service than going to the McDondald’s Northmead branch which is the closest to my neighbourhood.
