McDonanld Worst service

Yesterday, the 17th of July 2019 I went to McDonanld Ghandi Square, my order was processed at 15:24. I sat down waiting for my food, mind you I was starving as I never had lunch and I really wanted their great burger. While sitting down I see people getting served, even those that bought after me. I went to the front desk to ask where my meal was, only to find that it was never prepared. So I patiently sat down as I give them a chance to prepare my order, this was at 15:40. At 15:50 I was fed up and decided that enough is enough, I had not yet received my food. I felt very disrespected as a client and that they didn't care. If they really cared they could've prioritized my meal and ensured that I got it as quickly after I informed them that I've long been waiting for my order. Eventually I lost my appetite and had to request a refund. This was the worst service I ever got and I'm definitely never going back there
