Worst experience ever!! I understand that most parts of the country are suffering from water shortage at the moment but please just have the decency to explain to me that I will be charged extra for a drink!! Paid for a full meal - no cold drink because the machine is not working and still charged extra without being notified. Manager: Karabo no response for me - no help instead asks me if he should rather refund me all 4 meals!!! Most horrible service ever!
