Mcdonals Kuilsriver pepper spray newly parents.

I am so angry and disgusted by Mcdonalds In Kuilsriver. Myself and my finance went to during the evening of 08 January 2022 to go and buy us meals and we use to be loyal customers of that branch, but they way we got treated yesterday was less then dogs. My finance went to the rest room and while washing his hands all the dirty and water splashed on his feet and he hand slippers on as the pipes were broken. He informed the cleaner and asked to speak to the Manager as the incident was very unhygienic and he cant carry germs home to his 3 week year old baby boy. The Manager did not seem very apologetic or worried about what happened to a customer. My finance was very upset and exchanged some rude words with het and asked for her name and surname as he wanted to report her. She was not cooperative and did not want to write her name down herself. My finance then went to his car to fetch his cellphone to make a recording of the broken pipes in order to complain about the Manager and the branch. She then called the security to exscort him out and said he can not take videos of the store. The security then shoved him around and hile hit his head against the wall and my biyrfriend retaliated. I went in to stop the commotion and help my boyfriend as that is not the way you treat a customer. My boyfriend then pushed the security off him and I took my boyfriend by the hand to leave the store and in doing so the security pepper spray myself and my finance on our body mouth and eyes. The burn and pain was unbearable that we had to go out the store in order to breath. It what world is it okay to treat customers that way for doing nothing wrong. I feel they need to be held accountable because we feel discriminated against and we were assulted. We are definately not buying fron that store again and will not leave it like this.
