McDonald's(Pietermaritzburg Burger Street)First Time Dissapointment

Yesterday I bought two large Mc'chicken burgers but was instead given small and the tinest of chips our drink size was also small. Our burgers had no cheese it was just buns with burger sauce and the pattie. I'm highly disappointed in Pietermaritzburg burger street McDonald's. We bought our meal through the drive thru yet had to wait 30 minutes just to order, the person taking our order had informed us there was no Mc feast meals so we asked what was there he said he'd check and went silent for that 10 minutes I had to then remind him that We would like to order, which made me think that should i have kept quite we wouldn't ordered as he seemed occupied elsewhere. We pay and as we we're about to collect our food we are given the wrong order (mcnuggets) we were later told that our order wasn't ready which was confusing as the person behind us got his first. We were told to park and someone would come deliver the food to us.30 minutes past and you still don't have our meal we ended up actually going to the drive-thru the part where you have to fetch your meal we asked where our meal was and they didn't even know which email you were talking about we then had to wait an extra five to seven minutes only for them to actually remember what meals I was looking back at that time they hadn't prepared it so had to wait until they finish preparing it for them to give it to us so then this made us think that if we had not left the car to go and check if the meal was ready we would most probably not have gotten it and we would have waited until God knows when.
