Mcdonald's... You guys have dropped the ball

Went to the McDonald's on Old Fort Road Durban on the 6/11 and ordered 2 ice coffees and a happy meal. After we paid and went to collect our order only to be handed our ice coffee and told there is no ice. What do you do at that point, Do you jump out and ask for a refund on a busy night drive through no option just handed our coffee!!! Tried a sip of it and it was warm and horrible.. Threw it away and headed straight to Kfc. They shouldnt serve it if they don't have ice. The happy meals are also always an issue there, They either don't have enough girl toys, Only apple juice and sometimes they don't have it looks like they buy their own toys as I recall the once we given a toy not sealed in clear wrappers. Not going back ever ever again.
