McDonald's Wynberg, Why did my order take so long?

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'M COMPLAINING ABOUT McDonalds Wynberg, & this is MOST DEFINITELY NOT A POSITIVE REVIEW.Earlier today, I went to the above-mentioned McDonalds, I placed my order at the self help computer screens in the front, & I was very kindly assisted by 1 of the staff members, after my order was placed & I paid, I went to sit down at a table, telling me that my order (3194) would be brought to me at my table, after about 10 minutes, I went up to the counter, & I saw on the computer screen above the counter, that my order wasn't even being prepared, I then asked the staff in the kitchen area, what was going on, & they all stated looking around like "blue ****d flies", not knowing what to do.Eventually after about another 15 minutes, my order was brought to me at my table, & when I bit into my burger, it just basically crumbled, falling apart in this process.To say I'm highly disappointed & very ****ed off is a gross miunderstatement, with this shoddy, ****ty "service".McDon's
