Mcdonald's Wynberg, please STOP ripping us off

This morning, I went to McDonald's, Wynberg & I ordered an SA Breakfast, & while placing my order, I told the lady serving me, "please don't make the coffee too hot", I paid for my breakfast, & then, I want to use the loo, when I went back to the counter to collect my order, the coffee was piping hot, so hot that I almost burnt my hand, trying to hold the paper cup of coffee, by then, I was so ****ed off, & told her that when I placed my order, I specifically asked her to not make the coffee too hot, I then asked her to add more milk, her reply to me was, " milk will be another R1.50, by then, I was even more ****ed off, I stormed out, cursing, your staff are a bunch of idiots who obviously don't know how to follow instructions, McDonald's, what are you going to do about this, & how do you intend to resolve, to positively satisfy me?
