Mcdonald's Woodmead next to Engen (Poor Service)

I went to Macdonald's in Woodmead on Sunday night 23.06.2019,after a long drive from Limpopo.The service was very poor at the drive thru.the lady did not even know the prices to menu items and kept asking her colleagues.Firstly she was rather rude,and didn't have a clue about the Menu.When I had to pay she told me that "you should not take so long at the drive through,asking so many question",I was very offended !I told her that i have to ask questions as i am a customer.She responded with a rude attitude and i drove off to the next window to collect my order. This was completely uncalled for and I feel Macdonald's should train their staff a bit better to deal with customers.This is the most frustrating experience i have ever had at a Macdonald's and i have been a customer for more than 15 years.
