McDonald’s Woodmead customer complaint

Good day. I would like to lay a complaint due to the service I got from the McDonald’s at woodmead. I bought a chicken fold over meal and the fold over was burnt and had some black things in it so I requested that they made me another one. They gave me another one and one they gave me was still the same one that I returned they only peeled off the black stuff and fold over was damp wet, I took it back and told them that they they didn’t make me a new one but instead removed the black stuff. The manager then told me that they can’t make another fold over for me but instead they can give me a Big Mac and the chicken fold over meal I bought is not even the same price as the Big Mac and the manager was very rude towards me and wasn’t willing to help at all. I’m so disappointed at the the service I received at Woodmead because I always buy other McDonald’s and the service is always but the McDonald’s at Woodmead is something else. It’s really disgusting and disappointing.
