McDonald's Woodmead

I'm very confused!! I was charged four times for one meal I was buying online, Uber eats says they see transactions as legit, yes they are legit on their side because the money is now in their bank accounts, while me on the other hand has lost close to R500 only for meals I did not even receive , besides the one I was told to pay cash for.I fell for all this because I was then told that they have a system error, hence I had to buy paying using another method of payment , so imagine how much I have already spent at McDonald's Woodmead and their so called Uber Eats .
