I am totaly disapointed with your service delivery at mc donalds woodlands mall, my friend is a pilot for sandf yesterday after her late flying she came and picked me up to go buy food, we got to mcdonalds at 10:45 pm only to be told that they close at 11pm, when we asked to speak to the manager because it was not 11pm yet. a drunk rude guy came to tell us that we can do whatever we what to do..your service it is rather dissapointing and I have been staying in pta east for over 10 years now and I have watched pta mcdonalds worsening up each year..I dont know how many times I had to return a wrong order its even worse on uber eats but the service was disgusting last night because your stuff even drinks on duty!!!!I promise at the end of today I will write on every social media platform!!!including the mall's page!
