McDonald's Willows terrible service

Terrible experience at the McDonald's Willows a couple of times now. a Few months back I ordered 2 junior cheese burgers, I opened them in the car while I was driving out of the drive thru. I noticed that there wasn't patties on my burgers so I had to turn around and ask for new burgers, so they just put the patties on the burgers and gave me the same burger (cold) back. This is not the first time that the food is so bad. Over the last 4-5 months the quality of the food got worse, soggy fries, very old nuggets, no patties etc. I will no longer support this McDonald's.
