McDonald's where is my refund

Please be very careful when using the online ordering system. Placed an order 3 hours prior to delivery only to have to call 15 minutes after delivery was due to find out that the order was not on it's way because there was a problem with the system. They were very quick to take my money when purchasing online - I have not yet received a refund for the delivery that didn't take place. McDelivery promised that someone would call me on Monday - nothing. I sent an email Monday - nothing. This is theft !!!
