McDonald's Westwood poor service & poor quality meals.

28 Jan 2022,12h15 order placed at McDonald's drive thru Westwood, Durban.Attendant stated to wait in parking. 12h45 order not received.30 minutes surpassed.Went in and queried and all staff were shrugging in amaze & could not feedback Called Manager whom casually apologized. 12h49 order given,came home with cold meal. Large cheesy jalapeño Chilli fries was 50% in size & more jalapeños than fries.Truly dissatisfied & disappointed at both service & meal quality.Staff were ridiculing me in their language & acted surprised.Your CCTV should reflect. Thumbs down & never returning.Online electronic customer care complaints completed, with no feedback at time of writing this.
