McDonald’s Westwood Durban horrible service

I’ve been to the new McDonald’s Westwood a couple of times now. On many occasions you place your order and wait only to be told they are out of stock of items like patties and sauces. Instead of a refund (which is obviously a task that’s too difficult to carry out) you get asked if you want something else. And then a rude manager comes in to justify the poor service and gives you coins. I’ve left my contact details multiple times to be contacted by the branch manager or owner only to get nothing in return. Went there again(stupidly) only to have my order wrong,missing items and to have the card machines decline everything before they decided to use a decent machine. Simply because instead of a person taking an order and another sorting out payment through the drive thru, we have two people trying to multitask when they clearly cannot. There are some great workers there but the few that are present constantly seem to know nothing. Disgusted that I was not contacted.
