McDonalds Westville Church Road Worst Store ever

McDonald's Westville Church Road Management needs to change. For the past 2 months this store were running out of items. Yesterday, 03rd November 2022 at 6pm the store did not have chocolate milkshake, Cappy apple juice (box) that goes with a Happy meal and did not have toys. Last week they did not have chocolate milkshake. The week before they did not have Cappy apple juice (box). I am a loyal customer to McDonalds as I purchase a Happy Meal at least once or twice a week and he waits for the toys. I know what range of toys are available every week as I also purchase from McDonalds Westwood which is down the road. But McDonalds on Church road is giving kids "Top Trumps Animal" cards or Hello Kitty as their current toys. I questioned this and so did other customers and they have informed us that they are not receiving any toys from McDonalds SA which is utter nonsense. They have been issuing very old toys for the past 2 months and even their management failed to intervene and issue the correct toys. The management does not have the experience or competence to manage a McDonalds as this store is fairly new. They do not realise the customer expectations and the service from the staff is despicable. Whenever I go to this store, you have staff standing around doing nothing or talking to each other. They are always deep in their own conversations and I have to wait at least 10 minutes for a complete Happy Meal. As for the security who is based at the entrance, he just sits and plays with his phone or busy talking to staff. The customers have to open the door themselves as the guards are just too busy. This store needs a change to happen very quickly and I will not visit that store again even though I live in the area. I will rather driver and go further to another McDonalds and receive the required service and to a store that does not run out of items.
