MCDONALDS WESTGATE MALL OUTRID SERVICE

THE STAFF AT MCDONALDS WESTGATE MALL are the disgustingly unprofessional staff I’ve come across in my time of fast food chains.

There was an issue redeeming points that I had, a lady by the name of faith was so unhelpful and rude asking me “ if I had problem while waiting for her to fix my issue which she didn’t

I bought at the drive when asking to see a manager no one knew who the manager was! In a store u work at you do t k ow who the manager is?! Wow

I proceeded to go inside in hopes of getting a manager which I still didn’t instead the stag was playing he said she said, no apology , nothing! While waiting for someone to assist me staff stood behind the counter and in the back talking in Xhosa not knowing I k ew they were speaking about me!

That’s when I just stormed out and told them to forget about it and I left
