McDonald’s Westgate Mall

I have Experience the most unprofessional service at McDonald’s Westgate Mall - Mitchell’s Plain on the 16 July 2025. They have *********** staff working as managers , till operators and at the drive thru . I spent a whole hour going back and forth with people who did not simply understand English and rather got annoyed with me being angry at them not listening . Not the first time , this is one of the worst branches , if they not rude , they always getting your orders wrong or never have stock of food on menu because the store is busy. I want someone higher than that manager to get in touch with me as I have laid to much complaints about the same restaurant and nothing gets done about it
