McDonalds Westgate Mall

I queued at the sign on the floor that stated queue here. The lady that was “monitoring” the queue didn’t bother telling me that there weren’t two but one queue. I waited there, until another client proceeded to stand in a different queue, and she let ever Else queue and directed them there instead of me. The courtesy she could have done was atleast motion me to that queue. But that seems to have been quite a hassle for her.

I managed to take a video of this act, as I couldn’t see her name tag. I’m terribly disappointed in her service. And I think that the staff there can do better.
