McDonald's Westgate Mall

McDonald's Westgate Mall is such a disappointment! On Google it says that they open at 08:00am However, 90% of the time they are not open. This McDonald's is closest to where I work and most times I just wanna grab a cup of coffee and a ****in before work but to my disappointment they would be closed. Some mornings I would have to wait for them to open which would be around 08:20-30 and others I just leave. Last Friday morning I went there with the intention of just getting a ****in and I was told that the system was offline, I then asked them if I could just give them the total cost of the ****in and leave, I was advised that it was not at all possible and that was that. As someone working in customer services, I know that telling your customer that you simply cannot help them in not an option especially to LOYAL customers. I decided to wait for about 20 mins for the "system" to come back online but to no avail. I ended up leaving, more disappointed than ever.

Definitely won't be going back to that McDonald's, TERRIBLE customer service and absolutely no consistency.
