McDonald’s Westgate and poor service

Today around 5:30 I went to McDonalds restaurant in westgate mall roodepoort to buy my son a happy meal. The queues were crazy on those interactive screens were you place an order, while cashiers are watching and not allowed to assist by the store managers. I find it crazy that McDonald’s westgate management forced customers to place orders on those screen while the queue looks bad and people at the till watching. I asked for the store manager, the lady came to see me, she was not interested in my concern , she didn’t give me her name when I ask. We have covid and Mc Donald is packed up inside and snake queues. I find it strange that down the Road in Roodepoort that McDonald’s does offer till service. In Krugersdorp and Magaliesburg, Hartebee****rt, in Sandton, Clearwater all this McDonald’s offer till service if you hate technology like myself. Only this McDonald’s in Wetgate mall can’t offer the same service. I will never buy from this McDonald’s cause their service is intended for certain people. Go to that McDonald’s and you will see who are the majority and hence they force customers to use useless technology
