Despite reaching out through multiple channels, including your website and Instagram page, I have received only empty promises of follow-up, with no substantial resolution to date.

The lack of responsiveness and accountability in addressing my concerns has led to a significant erosion of trust in McDonald's South Africa. As a loyal customer, I find this experience extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
