McDonald's Waverley - Worst service

This was the worst service we have ever received. My husband was in the line of the drive-thru when the security blocked him of and said he can't be helped at 22:40 (I just want to state that the website says McDonald's Waverley close at 23:00). He asked the security named Emmanuel if he can please speak to a manager, Emmanuel rep**** that he must go in side. My husband parked the car and when he wanted to go inside Emmanuel was standing inside the restaurant and laughed at him and told him that the manager is busy and he will not open the door. My husband then showed Emmanuel the sign on the door that says they close at 23:00. Emmanuel rep**** with "go home and make food like normal people or sleep hungry". And when my husband got mad Emmanuel pressed his panic button. When all this was happening the staff of McDonald's Waverley was just sitting inside and one lady was eating. What kind of service is this?
