McDonalds Waterkloof pathetic service

Poor service experienced at McDonalds Waterkloof. My wife and I visited this store on 3 August at 17:03. The till slip says Petja L. served us, firstly McDonalds staff was confused as to who she needed to serve, my wife was in front of the queue yet the staff member wanted to serve the lady behind us. When we received the fries, it was soft and stale. We raised this to the attention of the manager (who was frying the fries) and we were replaced with fresh fries. I went to buy some ice cream thereafter and was waiting for 5 to 7 minutes to be served. There were many customers behind us and to our astonishment no staff was at the till to serve us, bare in mind this was at 17:30. All the staff seemed busy at the back and the lady packing the burgers and fries into the brown paper bags completely ignored us until i got the attention of one of the staff members. Please look at your camera footage and you will soon learn how terrible your customer service is. If you don't have enough staff close your store down.
