MCDONALDS VREDENBURG IS THE WORST

Mcdonalds in Vredenburg has given me the worst service from any mcdonalds i have ever been at in my life.

Each time we went there they either got the order wrong or forgotten to add something.

This time was just the last stroke for me. We went in to place our order and this is all that went wrong:

-We couldnt pay at the screen and had to pay at the till, all good ,but not if you have to wait 5-10 mins to pay and there isnt even a queue. - they called us to collect our order ,but our drinks weren't ready yet so i had to wait another 10min for that and then they gave me the incorrect drinks as well so i had to wait again for them to make the correct drinks. -got home in Saldanha and i noticed that one item i ordered weren't even given to me ,but i paid for it. -phoned to speak to the manager and had to speak to two people who werent even trying to make the situation better. -we asked if they can please bring it to us , because we are not driving back and seeming that we had such a bad experience we thought that is the least they could do. -also the lady that we spoke with(not sure who she was) had a very unproffesional tone.

Im not usually one to complain, but i created this account specially to add my review so that others can know what type of service they might look at when visiting Mcdonalds in Vredenburg.
