Mcdonald's Voortrekker Road Goodwood worst service

Mcdonald's Voortrekker Road Goodwood has the worst service ever. Every-time even if you buy a small burger you need to go park and wait. whats the point of a drive trough ???? Do they work on commission if they get cars trough fast? is that the reason you must park for every item every time??

NO other McDonald's does this. I will rather go to the one by n1 city than wait 10 minutes in the parking lot every time!!
