McDonald's - Viking Way -Cape Town

Good Day. Today I just could not take it anymore. If there was a lower star rating than 1, then I'm sure that would still be worth ticking on it or providing the word "star" because even that will be too much. Your branch in - Address: Viking Way, W P Park, Cape Town has the most HORRIBLE SERVICE to date. For the past 2 weeks there coffee machine has been out of order. It's taken almost 2 minutes for someone to assist you at the drive-thru, then we go and park to order inside. We will be standing at the counter and won't they just stand and look at us, AS IF THEY ARE BUSY MAKING BURGERS- SERIOUSLY -WE CAN SEE YOU?????????????????????????? They will come strolling on in their own pace while they still talking to each other. This has been going on, as I stated for the past 2 weeks, giving the doubt that it might change and it's on our way too work to get breakfast - We will then request for the manager and won't " SHE" step out and LOOK at us like we were in the wrong to call her. We have spoken to her twice in that 2 weeks and she seriously needs, needs, needs to go on training on how to handle people- SHE NEEDS PEOPLE S****S - ACTUALLY, all the staff needs training. This only does not come from myself but from other paying costumers I also do understand that it's not an ideal JOB, but please, a job is a job and it's what and how you make of it that separates you from the rest. I have been there so I can talk about it and today I'm someone higher. I have spread the word about this store to family to never go there. It's just pathetic just to even think about that branch. We will never, ever go there again. I hope they close down.
