McDonald's VICORY PARK JOHANNESBURG

Went to Mc Donald's - this morning and what **** service ! For about the 3rd time in 2 weeks I ordered the same item from their special deals breakfasts. The till at the drive through cashier's window has not been working properly and still after 2 weeks there is the same problem. The cashier took my phone, pressed REDEEM on the special item and again the till would not accept the code shown on my phone. I then had to go inside and had a so called not so friendly manageress tell me that I already used that special. The more I told her the cashier did it 5 min ago the more stories I was told that made no sense at all!!!!! They had no interest in what I needed to buy and when the manager had no answer for me (and trust me I kept my cool) she just walked off. To my mind, they should have given me the proper order at the same price but she was not bright enough to work that one out. When Phindile was the manager, everything ran smooothly !!!!!! The staff then got the order *****ed up anyway!! THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF AND THE MANAGER PROPERLY ON HOW TO HANDLE PROBLEMS AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP THEIR SHOP OPEN AND THEIR JOBS SECURE. SHE IS JUST NOT INTERESTED. I guess it's a job so what the hell????????? Perhaps she can answer that one.
